The project will be implemented by the VEZ SVOGHE OOD joint venture whose shareholders are Svoghe Municipality and Petrovilla Bulgaria AD, a subsidiary of the Italian Petrovilla Group. The distribution of the shares is as follows: Petrovilla Ad – 90%, Svoghe Municipality – 10%.
